Dental Forms

This is a reminder of the dental requirements for students in Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, and 6th Grade.  All students in these grade levels need to turn in a dental exam form by the May 15th deadline, showing that an exam was done sometime in the past 18 months. If your child has been to the dentist and you have a completed exam form which you have not turned in during the school year; please drop it off at the school office, as soon as possible. If you have an up-coming dental appointment for your child, please call the school and let Nurse Pam know. Thank you!

About our school

The Lexington School District is located in and around a small rural community situated along Interstate #55, north of the twin cities of Bloomington and Normal. The city of Lexington has a population of approximately 2,100 people and is viewed as an up-and-coming community with small town values and big city amenities.  Approximately 500 students in grades PreK-12 are housed at one campus located in Lexington. Our school is rich in tradition in the classroom and on the athletic fields.  We are proud of the outstanding academic opportunities that we are able to offer our students, whether it is our small class sizes of at the elementary level, or the multiple dual-credit opportunities for our high school students. Recently named one of the Best High Schools by the US World and News Report, please contact us or stop by our school and see what it takes to become a Lexington Minutemen!
