Tonight was the end of an era for Lexington Girls Basketball. Bill Elias has selflessly served the student-athletes of Lexington Jr. / Sr. High School for the last 29 years as a coach; 11 of those being the Varsity Girls Coach and many years coaching both JH & JV. Thank you Bill!

The JV & Varsity Boys 🏀 game vs. LeRoy that was originally scheduled for 2/15 will now be played on Friday February 16. JV will tip-off at 5:30 with Varsity to follow.

Every year the Heart of Illinois Conference hosts an Art Festival at Illinois State University. The festival includes a keynote address from a local artist, two art-making workshops taught by ISU art education students, and hosts an impressive exhibition of student work from across 13 HOIC schools.
This year senior Regan Barrett earned best in 2D Mixed Media for her work titled "May" and Erin Lowery received an honorable mention for her work titled "West COASTER Burger." This exhibition has a virtual format (which can be found at https://hoicartfestival.weebly.com/2024-exhibition.html) as well as a physical exhibition of award winners and selected works at the ISU student gallery located in Julian Hall. The physical exhibition will be on display this year from Feb. 20th-March 1st.
As their regular season winds down and postseason play begins, get out and support our Class of ‘24 Senior Girls 🏀 players and their teammates!

The boys advance to the State Tournament @ East Peoria Central JH on Saturday Feb. 3. They will play at 11:30 AM vs. Sigel St. Michael’s.
