If you see our high school students out and about today, today is our annual "Service Day." "Service Day" represents an opportunity for our high school students to give back to the community that has given so much to them. And, because some things can not be learned sitting in a desk. We have been blessed with a beautiful day. See you soon Lexington! #2023 Service Day-LEXGO!

Dear Lexington #7, We had a few concerned students and parents reach out to us late this evening about reports of a concerning social media post. Due to the potential nature of this post, we asked for assistance from McLean County Sheriff's Department to investigate and look into the matter. With their assistance, they were able to determine that there was no threat to any student or to the school itself. With no threat and due to the late hour of this message, we chose to send an email and utilize social media to share this information and not use our emergency call system. We greatly appreciate the help from the McLean County Sheriff's Department! Paul T. Deters, Superintendent
