NOTICE:
We are expecting for some curb and asphalt work to be starting tomorrow and last through mid week next week in and around our new construction on Center Street and Cherry Street. Both roads will still allow for traffic but the lanes might see reduction in width as well as additional workers/vehicles while this work is taking place. We ask everyone to please slow down in these areas for everyone's safety.
Thank you

Congratulations to our 2024 D.A.R. Nominee- Hannah Heuer!
Hannah will be representing Lexington and she will be competing for the Daughters of the American Revolution scholarship this spring. This is one of our highest honors as Hannah was chosen by staff and by her peers. The DAR recognizes those that have the highest of the following criteria: Dependability, Service, Leadership & Patriotism.
Way to go Hannah!!!!

The rain didn't stop our Homecoming Week "essential" boost for staff and students! Thank you to Mike Rich at Country Financial and Sue Davis at Personal Touch Sewing for donating to allow our staff drinks to be purchased at a discounted rate today.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Brent McArdle for his long-overdue honor of becoming Lexington Education Advancement Foundation's (L.E.A.F.) 2024 Patriot Award winner. Patriot Awards are given to honor individuals who "contributed to the excellence of the Lexington School District."
Dr. McArdle served as Superintendent of Schools from 1993 to 2007. Among his many accomplishments include overseeing many advancements in district technology, leading several building renovations including the recovery from the 2003 High School fire, and forming the L.E.A.F organization to allow for the continuation of academic enrichment in our classrooms.
Due to the success of the JH Girl's softball team and the timing of their State Tournament Game on Friday, we have moved Dr. McArdle's ceremony forward to start at 12:00 pm in the District Library. All are welcome and encourage to attend to thank Dr. McArdle for making a difference in the lives of so many Minutemen!

Thanks to everyone who supported the Lexington Student Council during their annual mum fundraiser.

Congratulations to our 2024 Homecoming Court.
